I’ve commented on Brett Amory as being one of the foremost painters of his generation several times and this observation has never been more readily apparent than with his upcoming body of work: “Twenty-Four In London" which opened in London at Lazarides Gallery last night, March 7th.  Brett’s explorations of the contemporary urban sprawl and attempt to collect time are astonishing capsules for future generation’s indulgences into what was, and in this sense Amory is not only a painter but a writer of history.  Supersonic had the chance of documenting his preparations for Twenty-Four In London several weeks ago which I present to you here:
